The staff here are so so sweet. I ordered tweezers & they added products for me to try and I fell in love with all them. I love the trays , they’re perfect for beginners like me. Fanning is so easy with them & most of my fans turn out perfect. Highly recommend!!

It was my first time coming into the StarBeauty location & I was pleasantly greeted by Cece! The customer service was absolutely exceptional. I’ve never received such incredible & genuine customer service like hers in my whole life. She really made the experience fun & exciting & made a long lasting impression on me - after I had left & went to back to work (as I was on my lunch), I literally told my co-workers how amazing the customer service was alone & told them to go check it out for themselves hahaha!

I was able to get my hands on a new pair of tweezers ‘SavagexStar’, a new adhesive ‘Black Pearl’ & some volume mixed trays. Cece allowed me to test & try out the different tweezers with the trays to ensure comfortability & quality - in which they were GIVING! The trays are incredible quality - definitely the best I’ve ever tried (& will continue to use), the adhesive worked so well & reduced my lashing time significantly & the tweezers were lightweight & easy to fan.

My short experience here was 11/10 thanks to Cece. All the products I purchased & used were 11/10 as well.

Even if you’re not a lash/brow tech - I highly recommend just stopping by for any of the other services they offer. I can tell the team at StarBeauty are very genuine & really pay attention to detail.

I had an amazing experience at Starbeauty, the staff was so kind. The store itself was very pretty, well kept and clean. I bought my supplies from here and they were amazing quality! The glue was great and the velvet lashes they sell are easy to fan and great quality leaving clients very happy with the results! I absolutely love star beauty co. products🙌🏼 They’re my number one go to when buying my lash supplies! Their lashes are extremely soft and very easy to work with when creating volume and mega fans. I’ve tried every glue and have had amaaazing results, and I also never had any complaints about fumes.
