We ensure that all of our products are shipped within Canada to avoid Canadian duty fees, to make your shopping experience hassle-free. We Are Proud to provide Free Shipping On All Canadian Orders $200+ & All U.S Orders $250+ Before Taxes. We provide tracking information for all packages via email, so you can easily monitor the status of your delivery.
After processing your order, which might take 1-3 business days, we offer international shipping by Fedex, UPS and local pickup service at different rates. Check out all shipping options at check out.
Please note that all orders are shipped and delivered on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you, and we strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible, in a timely manner.
Once a product is shipped out and noted "delivered" we are no longer reliable for any stolen or lost packages. You will need to contact the delivery carrier directly for any questions or concerns. You may check the status of your order through the confirmation email you received upon placing an order at our store. We will not offer refunds nor exchanges for any stolen or lost packages.

Most orders will take about 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive upon shipping. Please be patient as we, Star Beauty, can not speed up shipping times with postal services and can only confirm the information via the tracking number sent to you.

Returns / Refunds
Your health and safety are paramount to us, which is why we do not accept returns of opened or used products due to their hygienic nature. Please be sure to inspect your package carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. If you would like to exchange an unopened product, please review our policy in full and then reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the reason for the exchange. Please note that all sales of discontinued items are final.

All tweezer & metal products are hand tested and inspected before being shipped out. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
If for any reason you need to exchange an unopened item, we're here to serve you. All exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your package. If you need any assistance, our team is here to assist you through the process of finding an alternative item of equal or lesser value or provide you with a store credit. Please keep in mind that all sales are final after this time period.
To request an exchange on unopened items, simply email us at email@example.com with your order number, and our friendly customer service team will be more than happy to assist you. Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your exchange or store credit within 7 days. If you're including the exchanged items with your next order, we'll ship them out as soon as we receive the returned items.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees when returning a product. If you're returning an entire order and free shipping was applied, the shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. Damages, Lost or Stolen
We are committed to providing our customers with a high-quality shopping experience, from start to finish. We understand that the safe and timely delivery of your order is a top priority, and we take this responsibility seriously. In the unfortunate event that an item is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we want you to know that we're here to serve you. Please review the following information to understand our policies and procedures in such instances.
To help ensure the secure delivery of your package, we kindly ask that you make arrangements to be available in person to receive it, As we are not responsible for lost packages.
While we take great care in packaging and shipping our products, we recognize that issues can arise during transit. If your package is lost or missing, we're here to assist you. Our team will work closely with our shipping provider to provide you with the necessary information and open a missing package investigation. Please note that while we're not responsible for missing packages, we'll do everything we can to assist you get the issue resolved. If the investigation is closed in your favor, we'll send out a replacement package.
In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, please send us proof pictures of the damage or defect within 3 days of delivery. Our team will open a damaged package investigation and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further document submissions to open a claim. Please note that it may take up to 15 business days to process the claim.
We kindly request that you ensure someone is available to receive your package in person, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for damaged items due to weather conditions, such as freezing, snow storms, floods, ...

Refused / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to Star Beauty, we will be happy to reship the package to you, however please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We also want to remind you that any fees billed to Star Beauty by the carrier (such as customs duties or other associated fees) will also be billed to the customer. Ne Refunds will be issued.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
At Star Beauty, we understand that life is life-ing and everything can change in a matter of a heart beat. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once your order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, we may not be able to do make any changes to it.
If you have a subscription with us and wish to cancel, please provide us with at least 30 days' notice prior to your next scheduled shipment. We value your business and appreciate your understanding.
